Job Description:
- Communicate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and introduce appropriate solutions to clients in accordance with those needs.
- Source and interview candidates to determine their suitability based on job requirements
- Prepare candidates on suitable roles and brief them for interviews
- Ensure proper documents are recorded and kept accordingly in the database
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthening current business relations through cold calling and follow ups
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field
- Self-motivated and driven individual
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service and sales oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- No experience required as training will be provided
