In this role, you will drive recruitment activities for Agency Division and provide guidance to Agency Leaders. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Recruitment Cluster Head and work closely with Agency Division to drive growth in the agency force, bringing in quality and productive Financial Consultants. You will also be responsible for the selection and development of quality Financial Consultants, through a systematic onboarding process to inculcate them with best practice behaviours.

Job Profile Summary:

Job Description:

• Drive manpower growth through identified key performance indicators.
• Provide guidance, support and direction to Agency Leaders to achieve monthly and yearly targets in line with the company’s plan in areas of recruitment and retention, and to ensure alignment with the company’s strategies.
• Identify and lead recruitment related projects/initiatives that support Agency Division in driving manpower growth.
• Work closely with Agency Leaders in identifying quality Financial Consultants through the use of selection tools and other qualitative assessment techniques including interviews.
• Oversee the systematic onboarding of new Financial Consultants through various company initiatives to develop the right foundation and positive behaviours.
• Set and track the expected standards for new Financial Consultants, and ensure that they adhere to these standards in order to build longevity in the career.
• Identify and encourage Financial Consultants who aspire to progress towards a career in agency management.

You will be processing the applications and executing the due diligence checks for candidates who are applying to be Representatives with the Company. You are required to ensure all processes are carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”) with high level of accuracy and, within stipulated turnaround time (“TAT”).

Job Description:

• Processing of applications for candidates who are applying to be Representatives with the Company.
• Execution of required due diligence checks and documentation relevant to the Fit and Proper Certification of Representatives under the Representative Notification Framework (“RNF”).
• Execution of checks with Past or Current principal(s) / employers (s), Education Institutions or Professional Body
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Agency Leaders, Candidates and Verifiers) to carry out the required due diligence checks.
• Timely and accurate record keeping, documentation and reporting.
• Ensure all processes are carried out accurately and timely in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”).
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through process automation, digitalization and/or system enhancements.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
