Core Responsibilities
- Managing monthly payroll cycle - processing to generating payroll reports.
- Managing MOM survey submissions timely.
- Assisting Payroll Manager or HOD on any ad-hoc task.
- Assist in payroll integration from the current system to the new system and ensure a smooth parallel run.

- Adequate knowledge on Excel functions and report generation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and project management skills, able to perform under pressure and multi-task
- Good team player, able to communicate effectively intra and inter departments

- Analyse areas of possible cost reduction like overtime and labour cost
