- Coordinate hiring process from jobs posting to arranging interviews on behalf of our clients.
- Manage documentation for new hires and departing employees.
- Process work pass (WP), Employment Pass and S Pass applications, renewals and cancellations and monitor foreign workers quota closely. Knowledge of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) application procedures for the different WP, S Pass and EP is necessary.
- Maintain/ Update employee personal records and ensure compliance.
- Handle staff insurance matters, including comparison of insurance plans, facilitating insurance renewals, liaising with insurers, processing claims, if applicable.
- Handle full payroll cycle administration, including monthly payroll processing/ reporting, commission and OT payments, employee reimbursement, CPF submission and employee income tax matters.
- Responsible for payroll audit exercise and submission of government surveys and government claims.
- Monitor HR policies, particularly compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance to legal requirements.
- Proactively work with the clients on various HR matters, including onboarding and offboarding of employees, compensation and benefits, employee performance, staff planning and deployment etc.
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in the F&B Industry, prior knowledge of HReasily payroll software is an added advantage.
3. Good knowledge of Employment Act and other labour legislation.
4. Good knowledge of MOM Work Pass application portals.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6. Resourceful, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
7. Attention to details and able to manage deadlines well.
8. Able to start immediately will be added advantage.
9. Flexibility to work from home 2 to 3 days per week.
