Job Description
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
- Handle HR documentation such as employment contracts, job descriptions, and personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.
- Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee welfare, including health and wellness programs, recognition schemes, and workplace improvements.
- Organize employee events, such as annual dinners, team-building activities, and festive celebrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
