- Adhoc reporting and other tasks that will be assigned in related to the job Material Price Variance Analysis
- Using SAP system
Human Resource / Admin
- Preparation of monthly payroll
- CPF submission
- Year-end submission of staff income to IRAS
- Renewal of foreign workers’ pass
- Renewal of staff insurance (yearly)
- Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Renewal of contracts & tenancy agreement
- Monthly maintenance of buildings
- Renewal of insurance
- In charge of environmental aspects of the office
- On the job training of staff and updating of documents
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years experience in full set of accounts
- 2 to 3 years experience in HR Functions
- Familiar with Inventory Control & Costing Report
- 5 days work near Kaki Bukit MRT
- Salary $5000 - $6000
- Start work Immediately or within short notice
