We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team within the semiconductor front-end industry. The ideal candidate will act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, as well as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating proactively with our HR department and business management to develop integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership:
- Align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
- Serve as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
2. Employee Relations:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
3. HR Program/Project Management:
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
4. Talent Development:
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources positions, with at least 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience in the semiconductor front-end industry.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent people management skills and the ability to engage with staff at all levels.
- Strong understanding of employment law and other compliance regulations.
