• *Responsibilities** - Assisting in enhancing and optimizing the company’s training system, developing and implement training management policies. - Collaborate with HR manager to develop performance measurement frame work to enhance the efficiency, which includes defining performance KPIs, goals, and administration of performance appraisals. - Identify specific training needs and create relevant training materials. - Monitor and track training activities, including attendance records, training evaluations, and employee progress. - Support the onboarding process by conducting orientation sessions for new hires and ensuring their smooth integration into the organization. - Plan, lead and execute the company culture and employee engagement activities, employee benefits like monthly fruit days, distribution of birthday vouchers, and baby hampers if applicable. Additionally, collaborate with various teams across the organization for corporate events. - Any other HR tasks related to the working processes as per team operations and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• *Requirements**: - Solid understanding for HR principles, policies, and best practices. - At least 3 years of relevant working experience as HR generalist in the same company is a must. - Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business administration, or a related field is required. - Additional certifications or training in HR management, organizational development can be beneficial. - Skilled in using various training methodologies, techniques, and tools, Proficient in Microsoft Office is advantageous - Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Effectively bilingual with good command of spoken and written English and mandarin, (to communicate and liaise with Chinese speaking overseas and local counterparts/customers) - Adaptable, proactive, and can operate under mínimal guidance, possess a positive attitude and work ethic.
