My client a leading fintech company is looking for a HR & Admin Manager to be based in Financial District of Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing the overall group HR strategy to support the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Execute talent recruitment and team building, ensuring the attraction and selection of suitable candidates while optimizing recruitment channels and methods.
- Support administrative management tasks such as branch office registration and employee visa applications.
- Oversee comprehensive HR management, including performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
- Promote the implementation and execution of the group’s HR systems, processes, and policies.
- Work closely with business teams to provide HR-related consultation and solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5+ years of relevant HR experience; experience in the internet or financial industries is preferred.
- Strong in recruitment and overall HR management, with excellent execution and professional capabilities.
- Familiar with Singapore labor laws and compliance, possessing relevant HR knowledge and skills, and well-versed in HR management processes.
- Strong learning and problem-solving abilities.
