- Conduct Presentation to potential candidates
- Update all activities in Sales Reporting Tool (CRM) in a timely manner
- Make Recommendations for improving conversion
- Recruit potential and prepare them for interview
Qualifications
- Min 1- 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Education or tele-sales experience will be advantegous
- Possess a love for recruitment industry and has a sense of responsibility
- Pro-active, meticulous and well-organized individual
- PC literate with proficiency in MS Office
This person should be
Fast learner, flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure
Is self-motivated & independent team player who also works effectively with others
