• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extensions, and onboarding.
• Use data-driven insights to analyze recruitment metrics, optimize processes, and report on hiring outcomes.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods, such as networking, referrals, recruitment events, and campus fairs.
• Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Job Requirement:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
• Motivated, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Diplomatic, discrete, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Singaporean only due to security clearance.
