· Payroll processing, leave administration, work pass application.
· Plan, coordinate and manage company corporate events and employee engagement actitives & CSR.
· Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, accommodation and visa application.
· Provide administrative support to senior leadership documents/contract e-signing, filing, etc.
· Support in the preparation of meetings/events/Townhall.
· Support Global Initiatives/implementation
· Assists in employee queries regards to HR claims, benefits and processes.
· Manage all office maintenance needs eg aircon servicing, water dispenser, printers, office cleanliness, etc;
· Maintenace of office supplies.
· Keep proper records of Office Assets
· Assist & support in renewal of office, general and staff insurance
· Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Support Leadership team on expense claims to ensure all supporting docs are in order.
· Collaborate with India IT team to assist on IT trouble-shooting/configuration & onboarding setup.
· Any general duties as assigned.
