Responsibilities:

• Engage Business on HR matters including manpower planning, performance discussions and staff issues in HR Shared Services environment.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative support.
• Handling work pass-related matters (e.g. application, renewal, cancellation, levy waiver and appeal, etc.)
• Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.
• Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, staff welfare.
• Assist in payroll preparation.
• Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
• Perform any other HR or administrative duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 1-2 years HR working experience in F&B or service industry preferred;
• Process of payroll, verify incentives and overtime (OT)
• Great written and oral communication skills.
• This role requires a highly meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented individual with an outgoing personality.

Responsibilities:

• Learning and Development;
• Payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, verify incentives and overtime (OT) , and deductions.
• Support in handling employee relations issues, such as grievances and conflict resolution.
• Ad-hoc duties, project as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 2-3 years HR working experience in F&B or service industry preferred;
• Good working knowledge of local employment legislation.
• An organized and detailed person with an outgoing personality.
• Proficiency in Info-Tech software will be an added advantage.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
