HR & Admin Executive
Job Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and select top talent through various channels (job portals, headhunters, campus recruitment, etc.).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update the talent pool to meet future business needs.
- Administer payroll processing, benefits management, and employee leave records.
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee relations issues, complaints, and disputes.
- Organize employee engagement activities to enhance company culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company needs.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
Administrative Support
- Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies management, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
- Handle travel arrangements for employees, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
- Organize company meetings, events, and internal communication activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and company documents (contracts, business licenses, etc.).
- Provide general administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and document organization.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, courier, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, with experience in a similar industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR management systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) is a plus.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
