Printing firm looking for an Accounts Executive cum HR Assistant

Location: Ang Mo Kio

5 days week

Job Scope:

Able to handle full set of accounts, prepare DO, Invoice, monthly sales reports, produce unaudited financial statements, keeps accounts up to date, liaison with auditors and tax agents - Perform accounts payable and receivables role. With MYOB knowledge will be added value.

Assists with HR applications for foreign workers.

Location: CHIJMES (near City Hall MRT)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 6.30pm

Projected start date: 1 Oct 2024

This role is mainly focused on HR end-to-end recruitment and onboarding aspects.

Job Responsibilities:

(80%) HR duties:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, conduct interview and collaborate with hiring managers to onboarding.
• Maintain and upkeep employee records in HR Management System and Personnel File.
• Responsible for monthly payroll.
• Responsible for statutory payment submission and claims - CPF, IR21, IR8A, NS claims, Government- Paid Leave, training grant etc. submission.
• Prepare all employment-related letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, off-boarding procedures etc.
• Manage work passes renewal, applications, cancellation and levy waiver requests.
• Attend to employees’ queries on various HR related matters.
• Visa application.

(20%) Accounts duties:

• Monthly bank reconciliation to ensure book balance aligns with the bank statement.
• Assist in month-end closing and prepare balance sheet accounts.
• Issuance and receipt of Purchase Orders.
• Liaise with banks on payment and receipts matters.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year HR and recruitment experience. Experience with F&B hiring will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in Chinese to manage documentation in Chinese and communicate with HQ staff from China.

Job Requirements:

Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin as needed to liaise with the Chinese client.
