7. Performing duties pertaining to welfare matters, grievances, disciplinary issues;

8. Maintaining all records of staff attendance such as annual leave, leave of absence and medical leave etc. Input Off-in-lieu as and when required for PH and pre-approval by management;

9. Verifying claims with proper record keeping, monitoring of entitlements for staff outpatient and inpatient medical

10. Handling all Govt bodies on HR related Matters (MOM’s call on foreign worker stays verification, Calls from HDB and MOM to verify Foreign Workers and even House Owners, Surveys and Reports for all govt bodies as well)

11. Follows through on home leave applications of foreign worker and seek the necessary approvals, purchase of air ticket for resigning foreigner workers, levy waiver for workers returning from home leave;

12. Over sees and manage all work passes applications, renewal and cancellations, mandatory courses to be possess by worker, update of personal details and any other matters for foreign workers

13. Full spectrum of talent acquisition processes including hiring candidates, ensure recruitments documents are in order, job posting, screening of CVs, interview arrangements.

14. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, IR21 and clearance;

15. Manage day – to -day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing hr related documents

16. Change at time to time against with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) rule and regulations on the policy.

17. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- At least 2 years' related HR experience

- Proficient in Employee Act and HR practices

- For Singaporean or PR only

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews.
• Manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records
• Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Oversee work pass matters of foreign workers.
• Monitoring personal files and HRIS records are updated timely and accurately.
• Administer Leave, deductions & claims for workers.
• Apply and coordinate training programs.
• Support in monthly payroll process.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or other related courses of studies or equivalent
• At least 2 years of similar HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in HRIS system, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Proficient in the English language, both verbal and written.

Job scope:

• Assist all departments including MOE Kindergarten to prepare materials and learning resources for all levels lessons, programmes and activities.
• Provide support to School wide activities such as admin duty during PSLE Exam, Photo-taking scheduling, collate data, distribute items to classes and K1 orientation etc
• Assist department heads to conduct half-yearly inventory checks.
• Assist and support Teacher-Chefs and Programme Coordinator on the Gastro activities and lessons.
• Conduct half-yearly inventory check in Gastro Lab.
• Upkeep the cleanliness and inventories in Gastro Lab
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programmes (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good customer service skills.
