Job Description

• Position Title: HR cum Admin Officer / HR Administrator
• Working Location: Pasir Ris
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5.45 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the complete payroll process for about 40 employees, including annual tax submissions and tax clearances for departing staff.
• Take charge of and submit required government-related documents and transactions, including work pass processes, labor surveys, foreign worker levy exemptions, and various licenses.
• Compile and prepare HR-related paperwork.
• Serve as point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Oversee the entire hiring process from advertising job openings to welcoming new employees.
• Handle the administration of insurance policies and process claims.
• Communicate with and manage vendors and tenants regarding office and building upkeep.
• Offer administrative support focused on staff welfare and workplace safety.
• Organize and coordinate travel plans for staff.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Update and ensure accurate maintenance of employee database, profiles and other HR-related information.
• Ensure on the necessary for a smooth onboarding of documentations for new hires or exit processes.
• Provide administrative support for all employment matters.
• Following up on course registration, after-training evaluation, etc and maintain up-to-date training forms/ records.
• Assist in planning, coordinate and organise company events. Includes sourcing and coordinating with external and internal vendors.
• Assist in managing the maintenance and housekeeping of office premises and equipment.
• Support the team in various projects and initiatives as needed.
• Assist with general administration of various departments within the organization and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries, in a professional manner.

Job Description

· Provide support in full spectrum of HR function including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, training, performance management and employee relations.

· Recruitment and interview process.

· Process work pass applications and renewals.

· Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other related HR letters.

· Maintain & upkeep on employee P-File (hardcopy & softcopy).

· Assist annual performance appraisal process.

· Maintain leave and attendance records.

· Responsible for registration & renewal of Coretrade, Multi-Skill, CSOC and other training courses.

· Benefits and welfare administration.

· Liaise with payroll vendor on payroll matters.

· Assist in review of HR policies and procedures.

· Process claim reimbursement.

· Any other matters as required by Management including dormitory management and enterprise asset management.

Job Requirements

· At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

· Experience with Times Software will be advantageous.

· Strong knowledge of the labour law and other statutory requirements.

· Possess good interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively while ensuring confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

-Handle recruitment process, posting job advertisement, shortlisting, arranging interviews

- Manage on-boarding and departure of employees

- Administer Work Pass (EP/SP/WP) application for new hires, renewal and cancellation

- Update and maintain employee records including employment contracts.

- Manage annual leave, sick leave and attendance.

- Ensure monthly payroll are executed on a timely basis.

- Office admin duties

Requirements:

- Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management, Finance or Business Administration or O level, ITE.

- Well organized & with good interpersonal skills

- Able to commit at least 3 months
