We are looking for a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to be part of our HR & Admin team to provide day-to-day HR & Administration support, contribute to the development and execution of HR operations aligned with company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, CPF, Income Tax, IR21 and other relevant statutory submissions to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate recruitment process, employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departures.
- Provide support in training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Follow up on government training grants and administer all needed documentations.
- Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company guidelines, maintain employee record and HR databases accurately
- Assist in planning and implementation of company activities such as Culture Cultivation Program, team bonding, staff gathering, annual function, etc.
- Responsible for office administration, work pass administration such as work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and issuance, as well as any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management
- 1 relevant year experience for Degree / 3 years relevant experience for Diploma
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing
- Good knowledge of Singapore labor law especially employment act
- Familiar with Info-Tech HRIS system a Plus
- Good Interpersonal, written and communication skill
