• Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system
• Assist in conducting exit interviews and processing paperwork for departing employees.
• Organize corporate events
• Review and update HR Policies
• Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims and statutory claims
• Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21
• Handle full cycle of payroll
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned

Requirements：

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.

Contract duration: 4 Months

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

Conducting of fit & proper checks of new recruits including:

• Reference checks on New Recruits
• Ensure completeness of documentation for New Recruits
• Liaise with Internal and External stakeholders on all matters relating to the onboarding of the new recruits
• Activation of New Representative account
• Checking of welcome pack for New Representative
• Handling the Team RepOnboarding-SG email
• Provide statistics to internal stakeholders relating to appointment of new recruits
• Work closely with IT on system requirements gathering and user acceptance testing for process enhancements.
• Support ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as assigned.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
