Responsibilities:
· Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
· Administer and maintain accurate HR records.
· Handle employee relations, addressing queries and concerns.
· Coordinate and conduct training programs and orientation sessions.
· Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
· Manage deductions, benefits, and tax-related matters.
· Manage day-to-day office operations and supplies.
· Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
· Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
· Handle communication with external vendors.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent
· At least 3 years of relevant HR experience in full spectrum of HR functions
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
· 5.5 days work week
