We are hiring HR ASSISTANTS to join our growing company to support the HR and Operations Department in doing HR work scope. This person will report to the HR Manager.
This person must be good in her/his organizational skills, good time management skills, quick to responsive, approachable, resourceful, and able to multi-task and manage her work efficiently.
Duties:
· Support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR function
· Assist in HR correspondence
· Assist in gathering documentation from operations/Finance dept for payroll process.
· Assist in claims submission, government grant, insurance etc.
· Assist in maintaining accurate HR database and update employee records in HR information system
· Assist in coordinating training and development need for employees
· Assist in administrative work in our mobile apps
· Any other HR/Admin duties assigned
Requirements:
· Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or related field
· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in HR Function as Admin Executive
· Good knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices
· Positive working attitude, people-oriented, strong team player, excellent communication, and interpersonal skill
· Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Highly adaptable and able to perform a variety of fast and change assignments quickly on short notice
· Independent, proactive, and problem solver
· Meticulous and pleasant disposition
Able to commence work in a short notice would be an advantage
Work location: Paya Lebar Square (beside Paya Lebar MRT)
Work hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
