• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma /Degree
• Good in Microsoft Excel
• Able to cope in a fast-moving environment and work independently under minimal supervision
• Meticulous, highly organized and able to multi-task

Information:

• Working hr: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 17:30
• Basic salary range: S$2,500 - S$2,800 + Transport allowance $120

Responsibilities:

✅Support daily operation in Finance, HR and Admin Department

✅Record suppliers’ invoices and staff claims,

✅Process payments and reconcile AP balance against supplier’s SOA.

✅Maintain Fixed Assets listing, accounting files and records.

✅Perform month end financial closing and prepare monthly reports.

✅Prepare and submit GST returns, bank reconciliation and audit schedules.

✅Support in financial audits

✅Handle HR and general administrative duties

✅Job rotation and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A level/Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative
• Min 1 year experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system will be advantageous.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
