Duties

• Assist Recruitment Consultant with fulfilling the staffing needs of clients and job seekers
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and interviews
• Provide support to the sales team
• Perform Administrative and Data Entry duties
• Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Director
• Assist the Director daily tasks and follow up closely
• Other Ad-hoc duties apply if needed

Requirements

• No experience required, training provided
• Min A Levels
• Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented
• Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company
• Team player and able to work well with all levels

Responsibilities:

• Managing of job ad platforms including job ad posting.
• Conduct screening, shortlisting and arranging for interview to recommend suitable candidates for vacant positions according to job requirements
• Perform other assigned/ad hoc HR & Admin duties.

Requirements:

• Candidate with HR qualification is advantageous.
• Relevant HR (especially recruitment & interviewing) and Admin work experiences will be preferred.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and with initiative and good teamwork
• Able to start work with short notice/immediately will be preferred.

Job description:

• Supporting the recruitment administrative duties such as creating and updating job postings on job boards, career page and other media, screening candidates and interview coordination.
• Provide administrative support such as data-entry, documentation, printing and filing
• Training and course arrangement
