Job Description:
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
- Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR-related matters.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle general office administration and marketing tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on our Center's courses and administrative procedures.
- Manage student enrolments, transfers, withdrawals, and course fees collection.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments.
- Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned by the Centre's Directors.
Job Requirements:
1. Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
2. Bilingual with excellent communication and writing skills (both English and Mandarin).
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
4. Display meticulous attention to detail and adhere to systematic with administrative procedures.
5. Demonstrate a positive work attitude and ability to work independently.
6. Able to work on Weekends.
