Responsibilities:

Requirement:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with all races staff
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• At least 1 to 2 years relevant working experience
• Able to interact and communicate with all level of staff
• Ability to draft letters and communicate with authority
• Knowledge on MOM applications will be an advantage

Working Hours:

• 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 0830 to 1730, Sat: 0830 to 1230 with 1 Saturday off per month)

HR Executive & Personal Assistant Position

We are looking for an HR Executive & Personal Assistant to support our training and HR functions. The candidate will be responsible for HR administration as well as assisting the Director with day-to-day activities. In this role, the candidate should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. The candidate should also be a reliable problem-solver with strong project management skills.

Job Description

Human Resources

• Manage employee records, including new hire onboarding, terminations
• Update employee information in the HR system
• Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Coordinate and organise employee training sessions and maintain training records
• Assist with development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Monitor and manage employee time off requests, sick leave, vacation, and personal day offs
• Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations

Personal Assistant

• Assist the Director with scheduling of internal and external appointments
• Assist the Director with communication with the team
• Work with various teams to ensure seamless front-back and back-end operations
• Work on tasks that relate to external partners and parties
• Assist with other administrative tasks, as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Executive, Personal Assistant or similar role
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of office procedures and billing
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive (experience in CRM will be an advantage)
• Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
