Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting expense management, budget tracking, and scholarship administration.
• Coordinating and monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls to minimize risks and ensure departmental compliance.
• Managing the operations of the Lounge.
• Handle scheduling colleagues.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous when handling data and information.
• Skilled in interpersonal communication, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels.

Job Scope

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Evaluate and select external recruitment firms, negotiating contracts and ensuring alignment with organizational needs and budget.
• Coordinate with recruitment firms to source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
• Manage communication between the organization and recruitment firms, providing regular updates on hiring progress and candidate feedback.

Requirement

• Certificate/ Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in recruitment or HR-related role, preferably with exposure to managing relationships with recruitment firms.

Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided to and fro Boon Lay)

Working Days and Hour: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

Salary: Up to $3000 (AWS and VB given)
