Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 10 years of direct and substantial recruiting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or team leader role, in the region.
• Experience in recruiting sales and tech talent in the Asia Pacific region.
• Exposure to and demonstrated success in supporting sales, tech, and go-to-market teams in scaling the organization is a plus.

• Prepare monthly payroll for supporting companies

• New employee onboarding process – prepare letter of appointment, conduct briefing

• Process work passes application (WP, SPass, EP), renewal, and cancellation.

•Prepare headcount working hours reports for billings & other admin duties or tasks as assigned
