Objectives of the Position
- Serve as the business partner for HR and Communications for the Agricultural Solutions, South East Asia sub-region; effectively support the business leader and leadership team in achieving business priorities and organization needs through people strategies, tactics and initiatives.
Main Tasks:
Communications Champion
- Maintain a framework for professional internal and external communication in the sub-region
- Working in collaboration with SEA marketing, facilitate the implementation of communication guidelines and best practice sharing, including brand management.
- Drive internal communications to keep the team informed, connected and engaged
- Provide strategic communication support to SEA Leadership Team to create and deliver effective communications on strategic topics for internal and external audiences
HR Business Partner and Inclusion Champion
- Act as an advisor and strategic partner to consult, coach and challenge leaders on people topics.
- Proactively identify organization needs and provide appropriate HR and Communications solutions to support the business strategy; Lead delivery of regional initiatives/projects in the sub-region, including change management and communication.
- Champion Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) across the organization, including developing the D&I strategy and driving implementation of inclusive practices.
- Steer and ensure effective, high-impact delivery of people processes in the sub-region including talent management, capability development, performance management, compensation management including incentives, recognition, resourcing strategy and manpower planning.
- Support the SEA Leader in hiring and selection of key positions; drive inclusive hiring practices across the sub-region.
- Manage maintenance of relevant HR data for the sub-region; provide data-driven insights for people and business decisions.
- Serve as part of the Regional HR Community, select Global HR Communities and support select regional HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related discipline
- 8 years of professional HR / Communications experience in a multinational company environment
- Preferably with experience in HR Business Partnering, Internal Communications and change management
- High organizational and cultural awareness
- Ability to operate and influence with impact in a matrix environment
- Entrepreneurial and customer focus with strong drive to successfully steer impactful solutions that are effective in country operating context
