Learning & Development:

• Develop and structure a learning and development framework tailored to the organization's and staff's requirements.
• Conduct training needs analysis, focusing on core competencies, in collaboration with divisional heads, and create a comprehensive training roadmap.
• Coordinate, plan, and facilitate employee development and training events, including the procurement of necessary supplies.
• Manage external training programs and the application of training grants.
• Evaluate program costs and oversee training budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date records for all training activities.

Other HR Activities:

• Design and implement workforce engagement activities, assessing and enhancing their effectiveness to improve employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
