- Singapore Based (Senoko)
- 5 Days work per week (8am to 5.30pm)
- $3500 to $4200
- Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline + At least 5 years of Human Resource experience in a generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing Companies.
- Strong knowledge of Employment laws and HR practices + Proactive in HR matters
- Experience in handling the human resource Unit4 PRSoft System + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel such as Vlookup, Pivotable

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in human resource function as Human Resource Business Partner to support the achievement of the overall business strategy.
Supports day-to-day operations that deliver value-add and enhances operational effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function in the following areas:
Manpower Planning, Employee Relations and Engagement
Manages employee life cycle (onboarding to offboarding)
Handles employee relations (grievances, discipline etc.)
Facilitates 2-way communication and feedback collection
Provides solution to employees and departments
Policies, Procedures and Reporting
Assists to formulate, review and implement HR policies and procedures to increase efficiency and ensure consistency.
Ensures alignment of HR policies, tools and processes across the organization.
Assists in collating monthly, quarterly or yearly human resource reports.
Training and Development
Works with respective departments to understand their training needs.
Manages the training plan to ensure employees’ trainings are arranged based on budget and training needs.
HRIS, Projects and Initiatives
Keeps abreast of HR technological trends to automate and streamline HR processes.
Identifies improvement projects to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness.
Drives performance and other process improvements and influences positive changes.
Partners with business or functional stakeholders to identify and deliver HR solutions.
Work Pass and Quota Administration
Manages all work pass and quota administration
Assists to manage the expatriate from the day they join till they are transferred back to the Headquarter.
