Responsibilities
- Utilize strong HR expertise to conduct research, analyse data, and provide insightful recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate with team members or work independently to create high-quality project deliverables, including presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Support the Manager in delivering HR consulting services across various areas/regionals.
- Maintain and nurture strong client relationships, fostering trust and consistently exceeding client expectations.
- Analyses current HR practices and develops strategies to improve employee performance, engagement, and retention.
- Develops training programmes to address organisational needs and improve employee skills.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR management or consulting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations and provide actionable insights.
- Hands-on attitude with the drive and work ethic to get things done.
- Proven track record in HR process improvements, policy development, and change management is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
