Our client is an European MNC, leading player in telecommunications industry. They are looking for a Human Resource Manager to assist their HR team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central - easily accessible.
Duties of Human Resource Manager:
- Plan and manage manpower requirements across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Monitor and report on resource activities, addressing deviations from plans and taking corrective action.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of updated job descriptions and oversee the creation of new roles in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Stay updated on HR manpower planning techniques, recommending improvements for greater efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding.
- Develop and oversee performance management frameworks to drive employee engagement and growth.
- Implement process improvements across the employee lifecycle and drive leadership development programs.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in relevant discipline.
- Proven track record in company's HR improvement process.
- Min 10 years of HR experience, with 6 years in HR Management level.
