• Assist HR Director for recruitments, collaborate with Operations. Managers/Directors and other stakeholders in developing temporary staffing strategies to cover extended absences or extended openings of key positions.
• Review applications to shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial interview for the shortlist candidates.
• Forward resumes of suitable candidates to the hiring managers for their consideration.
• Arrange interview appointment between the chosen candidate and the hiring managers.
• Conduct reference and background checks if necessary.
• Prepare necessary papers for the hiring process.
• Support recruitments for HR and Operations teams with recruitment. administrative, organizational and logistical tasks.
• Serving as the logistical point of contact for both internal and external candidates at the written offer stage, including interacting directly with the candidates and ensuring signed paperwork is received in a timely manner.
• Managing various aspects of the candidate experience post offer acceptance, including ensuring accurate start dates and compliance of onboarding paperwork.
• Coordinating with the HR team to ensure correct procedures followed at all times and operational risks are minimized.
• Establish positive relationships within the various stakeholders and candidates to assist with the seamless recruiting process.
• Engage with HR team to recommend process improvements as needed
• Maintain accurate record keeping and consistent storage of new hire candidate records.
• Effective and efficient management of day-to-day queries and raising of issues.
• Completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
• Conduct new employees’ orientation, exit interviews, referral programs.
• Updating of handbooks, orientations programs and documents templates when required.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that are assigned.

• Develops and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the Company objectives
• Manages full spectrum of HR functions which include recruitment & selection, employee relation performance management, training and development and compensation and benefits
• Manage employee relations, employee engagement activities, conflicts, and disciplinary matters
• Design and structure programs, policies, and procedures to ensure existing HR practices comply with the Employment legislation
• Oversee the HR team and implement HR initiatives including human capital, people management, talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation and staff benefits
• Prepares HR budget in support of company’s annual budget and ensures HR department spending within budget
• Ensures that company operations are in full compliance with regulations in relation to HR such as Employment Act, CPF and IRAS regulations
• Initiates HR programs and measures to improve operational productivity
• Oversees performance management process to make sure that performance of employees is properly measured in line with Company’s objectives
• Oversees training mechanism to make sure that the training needs of employees are effectively identified, planned and executed
• Oversees office administration such as insurance and establishing standard operation procedures to ensure proper documentation and control
• Assist in HR projects and initiatives
• Handling internal and external HR audits
• Assist in Workplace Safety & Health related activities
• Manage and supervise the Office Admin functions such as office supplies, equipment, facilities repairs and maintenance
• Handle and process insurance claims
• Responsible for completion and submission of Government / MOM claims and related surveys

HR Executive -The ideal candidate will support the HR Manager in· Managing recruitment efforts such as writing and posting ads.· Assist on HR matters.· Conduct full on-boarding process of new hires and orientation related activities as well as exit interviews.· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.· Nurture a positive working environment.· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.· Conduct salary survey, develop budget and implement benefits program.· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.· Proactively build and ensure a continuous supply of strong talent pool through constant and effective sourcing techniques for open jobs and in anticipation of future talent needs..· Work closely with managers to understand the hiring requirements, project and build future pipelines, and source for suitable candidates through appropriate recruitment platfforms· Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)Job Requirements:· Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.· People oriented, versatile with interpersonal and ethical conduct skills.· Excellent decision-making and strategic thinking.· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.· Knowledgeable on employment legislation matters including CPF, MOM and IRAS matters.
