Responsibilities
· Manage and post job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate screenings.
· Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
· Assist in organizing employee training sessions and orientation programs.
· Support in employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
· Handle confidential data such as processing payroll and contracts.
· CPF submission and uploading onto the CPF portal.
· Accurately input and maintain data related to employee records, payroll, and other HR processes.
· Assist with general office admin support such as manage and order office supplies and managing office maintenance service providers.
· Assist with any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration and/ or equivalent.
· Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Human Resource function and handling payroll.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Independent, meticulous and takes initiatives.
· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
