• Collects, consolidates and prepares HR reports and other reports for HR planning.
• Work in collaboration with business team to identify training needs, recommends, develop and delivers appropriate management trainings.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years HR experience in management level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associate.
• Working and practical knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including talent acquisition, compensation practices, organizational design, performance management, employment laws, employee relations and diversity etc.
• Being highly familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process and have a good understanding of market insights and recruitment trends.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to use independent judgment in prioritizing tasks, demonstrates the ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions

Operates in service of, and in partnership with, the business to proactively engage, listen, and collaborate proactively with business leaders to identify strategic needs, purposefully balance enterprise and local needs, shape solutions and interventions, and determine priorities using technology and people analytics. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

· Workforce Solution Developer: Builds and delivers a strategic workforce plan that directly and clearly links innovative and effective talent strategies with strategic business objectives. Identifies and assesses strategic talent concerns, risks and opportunities and designs a plan that drives solutions that meet the strategic complex needs of the business.

· Strategic Consultant: Understands the major critical issues facing the business in the present and future. Engages with business leadership to ensure the HR priorities are aligned and developed to those strategic business needs.

The Group HR & Admin Director is a pivotal role, working across the parent company as well as the subsidiaries. We have over the last 1-2 years been building our HR capabilities, through various initiatives. These include how we recruit both junior and more senior, revenue-generating roles.
