KEY JOB PURPOSE

The assistant human resource manager/senior human resource executive provides management-level leadership and guidance to the Management, in addition to performing all of the day-to-day HR functions. She/he is responsible for talent acquisition, diversity initiatives, internal staffing, on-boarding/off-boarding, conditions of employment, retention of staff, benefits, health management programming, performance appraisals, and setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.

· Closely linked with the business department, organize regular inventory and internal talent assessment work;

· Formulate plans for the development of the company's organizational structure and personnel, and promote their implementation;

· Design and implement employee’s benefit plans;

· Develop succession plans and creation of development opportunities for staff with leadership potential

· Develop and implement HR strategies and policies, ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and the company development needs;

· Ensure HR compliance in all areas and effective implementation of HR strategies aligned to the company’s objectives.

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 2 years HR related management experience.

· Possess sound working knowledge of MOM legislation, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements and other local statutory requirements

· Good hands-on experience in HR-related applications and technology.

Our client is a security service company. They are looking for a Temp HR Executive (Recruitment) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the company's hiring needs and find suitable candidates for department heads.
• Advertise job openings on relevant platforms and use creative methods to find the right candidates.
• Handle the entire recruitment process, including sourcing resumes, arranging interviews, managing offers, and conducting reference checks if needed.
• Assist new hires with onboarding and orientation activities.

• Support HR projects and other initiatives when necessary.

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assess various staffing needs to determine methods to address current and future conditions, including retention management, realignment, recruitment planning, and career development

• Facilitate the entire talent recruitment process, from hiring to onboarding

• Assist in the application and renewal of work passes for foreign talents.

• Assist employees and supervisors in resolving personnel problems and grievances

• Compile and provide information to government bodies or statutory boards for research purposes required by the laws

• Support in the organizing of events and activities gearing towards, building teamwork, work life balance, healthy lifestyle, etc.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Capital Management or equivalent years of experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human resources functions; especially in recruitment process

• Good Knowledge in Employment Act

• Good in Ms Office, MS Excel

• Ability to work in fast pace working environment

• Attentive listener, understanding and approachable personality
