• Support training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee’ records (Pfile and lark account) for accurate reporting.
• Handle staff leaves, claims and renewal of insurance (WICA, Medical Insurance, etc.).
• Assist with annual salary review/appraisal and bonus exercises (Blue collar to Executive positions).
• Handle all employee inquiries or grievances on HR-related matters

• Booking or process of air ticket, visa, travel insurance and hotel accommodation.
• Manage the planning and execution of corporate events and festive packs, etc

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in HR Management, Business Studies, Office Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment and business partnering
• Well-organized, meticulous, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong in execution
• Organized, good coordination & follow-up skills
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of HR activities such as HR policies, recruitment, C&B & L&D
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation/resignation/promotion letters
• Manage recruitment processes including interview, reference checks, onboarding, orientation etc
• Identify manpower hiring issues for recruitment plans
• Conduct exit interviews and employee’s exit clearance process
• Update employee database, P-files
• Administer work pass application/renewals/cancellations, security bond and foreign worker quota

Requirements:
