Responsibilities

Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition/Retention & Operations

● Forecast staffing needs and the projection of yearly manpower budget

Requirements

● Degree with at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in the Human Resources function.

● Post-graduate diploma in human resource management or IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) would be advantageous

● Good Knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws

Responsible for the Singapore office employees' life cycle matters

• Full spectrum of recruitment, including approaching potential candidates via LinkedIn or cold calls to candidates, selection, and salary negotiation process.
