Job Description
- Provide high quality HR Services in a fast paced service industry
- Managing the onboarding cycle of any new staff e.g. Printing of staff passes and replacements, Creating workday profiles of all staff, Ensure effectiveness of Basic Induction Plan, Raising IT request
- Assist Course Registration for ITE NEA/ Driving License
- Registration and Administration of ITE NEA Course
- Registration and Driving License Conversion/Renewal
- Drive employee engagement activities for the company
- Assist in Employment Certification Letters
- Maintain the P-File of all employee
- Ensure all leave types are initialized timely, subject to eligibility of employees
- Updating all Staff Movements in Workday portal in the event of transfers, resignations, promotions, demotions and exits
- Regularly review HR operations, identify and execute on opportunity for improvement to drive HR efficiency and productivity
- Ensure all leave types are initialized timely, subject to eligibility of employees
- Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR policies, procedures and services in accordance with legal compliance and company requirements
- Any other ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Being pro-active, mature, meticulous, analytical, organized and a dedicated team player
- Being hands-on, able to work independently in a dynamic & fast pace environment and able to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Must be able to handle high level of confidential information regarding employees with sensitivity
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- Knowledge in expat administrations will be an added advantage
