Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Director will lead the organization’s global talent acquisition strategy for non-tech business verticals, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent to drive our business forward. Job Responsibilities:

• Human Resources Planning and Talent Recruitment: Formulate the company's human resources strategy and plans in accordance with the company's development strategy, including but not limited to organizational structure design, job responsibilities, talent mapping, talent recruitment, etc.
