Job Responsibility:
- Handle of HR and administrations, including Recruitment, Compensations and Benefits, Performance appraisal, Payroll Processing, implementation of policies, staffs' discipline/disputes, and other HR-related functions
- Assist in recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding and orientation)
- Handle & resolve employee queries / issues in a timely manner
- Work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellation)
- Maintain, approve & update all employee leave record.
- Claim submission for NS, Maternity, Paternity, Childcare leaves
- Monthly payroll processing
- Submission of Monthly CPF Contribution
- Tax Clearance IR21 for foreign employees
- Provide support to the HR Manager for all HR matters
- Sound knowledge in permit application and using of WPOL, EPOL, and MyMOM Portal
- Assist in any other daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the office operations
- Any adhoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Willing to learn
- Must be able to commit deadlines given
- Familiarity with related labour laws (e.g. Employment Act, CPF act etc...)
- Good knowledge of prevailing employment regulations
- Independent team player with the ability to multi-taskA hands-on person who is proactive, driven, and resourceful
