Responsibilities:
- Perform operational HR activities for Support team
- Partners & supports the operations divisions on key HR programmes and initiatives in areas such as organizational development, talent development, recruitment,
- Implement change management and transformation projects to attain cost savings.
- Manage manpower projections in accordance with divisions’ growth plans and productivity targets.
- Improve employee experience and engagement through different touchpoints and communication channels.
- Manage employee grievance, staff counselling and conducting of disciplinary inquiries and investigations for all job levels.
- Establish good industrial relations through regular engagement with unions.
Requirements:
- Good degree with at least 1-3 years’ experience in employee engagement and communications role
- Critical thinking and data analytics skills
- Prior experience with managing engagement surveys and application of insights for targeted interventions would be a plus.
- Strong project management and ability of manage independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resourceful and adaptable
- Prior experience in Global Mobility will be advantageous
