• Working hours: 09:00 to 17:40 (Monday to Friday)
• Salary: Up to $4,500 (depending on experience)
Our established Japanese client in the energy industry is looking for a professional to perform all aspects of human resources operations and play a vital role in supporting the HR Team in the global expansion of the business!
Specific responsibilities include:
- Payroll, welfare, tax, and social insurance-related services such as monthly salary and bonus payment, operation and management of various welfare programs, income tax withholding, year-end adjustment and other related operations, management and application for different social insurances, etc.
- Organize and manage employee records, administrative duties such as application of work visa (EP/S Pass) related to various labor regulations etc.
- Assist in recruiting operations, from hearing the department's needs to coordination with agents, and the hiring process.
- Provide support to the HR team in managing annual leave and expenses system, including supporting overseas subsidiary offices for yearly income tax and processing of monthly incurring expenses.
- Ensure employee claims are compliant with benefits regulations
- Liaise with HR consultants and gather market data for preparation of yearly performance evaluation
- Other ad-hoc tasks and support any other general administrative duties assigned by HR General Manager and reporting supervisor
Job requirements:
- Be responsible for the role with professional mindset, and keep in mind to work as a member of the HR department;
- Maintain good relationships with all employees, work cooperatively as a cornerstone of all departments;
- Fully understand the confidentiality of information obtained in the course of work and strictly observe confidentiality
- Extensive knowledge of office HR, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems;
- Effective and excellent verbal, and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.;
- Ability to multitask and function well in high-paced and at times stressful environments;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 with the ability to learn new or updated software
- Experience in SAP accounting system will be an advantage
- 3 - 5 years HR experience in a general company or Social and labor consultant office
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, diligent, self-motivated with a positive working attitude;
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure;
- Able to solve problems independently or with minimum supervision;
- A good grasp of absolute discretion and confidentiality
