Recruitment and Onboarding

• Maintain fixed assets processes and procedures (including disposal, verification and depreciation of fixed assets etc.)
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary etc. on annual statutory audit and tax matters
• Assist in management of transactions related to bonds and fixed deposit
• Handle Company’s tax reporting (GST, Corporate tax submission, withholding tax etc.)
• Handling,calculating and verify with Manging Director for payroll and CPF matters
• Preparing for the related contract as like Employment contract for incoming new staff
• Liaise with respective business units to understand financial information needs in order to work out efficient and effective solutions
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Descriptions:

· Responsible for day-day operations of the HR department for a group of companies

· Manage recruitment process: Posting job advertisement, screening resumes, conducting interviews, shortlisting, and offer of jobs

· Experience in apply /renewal /cancellation of work permit, S Pass & EP including workers' repatriation

· Monthly payroll including submission of monthly CPF & FWL

· Annual submission of income tax IR8A, NS Claim and others

· Maintain employment contracts and probation confirmations

· Query and question to MOM/BCA to keep abreast of current employment practices

· Manage payroll related matters for staff and workers

· Maintain accurate HR database, up-to-date employee records, and other employment related documentation

· Arrangement of skilled Course enrolments for Workers

· Take care of Dormitory arrangement for workers. Liaison with dormitory staff and maintaining dormitory records

· Maintain training matrix and record WP holder's experience

· Benefit management: Leave management and control claims of medical expenses

· Handling of Government Grant application such as Career Support Programme, Work life Grant etc...

· Assisting in standardizing and streamlining internal HR process

· Any other ad hoc duties asassigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Professional Certificate in Compensation & Benefits

• Min. 2 years of related working experience in construction sector

• Familiarity and experience working with Ministry of Manpower

• Knowledge of Employment Act/legislation, CPF, IRAS

• Team oriented with good time management skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft word and excel

• Perform HR activities - recruitment & onboarding of workers.
• Prepare / generate employment contract for newly onboard workers.
• Good understanding of MOM rules & regulations, and use of MOM's eservices.
• Issuance of Quotations, Purchase Orders and billing documents.
• Follow-up with client on payments and update to the Management.
• Follow-up with supplier on the delivery schedule.
• Record, summarize and update Company documents.
• Handle customers' request as and when necessary.
• Sourcing and procurement of product when necessary.
• Logistics / local transportation arrangement.
• Assist & support the team to attend training / meeting when necessary.
