• Perform and verify end-to-end payroll operations & transactions, including running monthly/ad hoc payroll reports and reconciliations
• Ensure accuracies in payroll administration and compliance
• Responsible for audit requests by internal and external auditors, including government agencies
• Ensure timely submission of CPF, government paid claim and income tax filing
• Introduce process improvements to enable effectiveness and efficiency of payroll operations

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in payroll
• Minimum Degree / Diploma
• Considerable proficiency in MSOffice software, especially MS Excel
• Good spoken and written communications skills

Job Scopes:

1. Process administrative Human Resource services for various government agencies with precision and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
2. Manage HR services including recruitment, onboarding, pre-service appointments, and medical screenings.
3. Generate and distribute letters, emails, and related documents efficiently.
4. Conduct administrative tasks such as filing, retrieval, andphotocopying as needed.
5. Record HR transactions accurately in the HR system and submit to the HR Supervisor promptly.
6. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues promptly.
7. Collaborate with external vendors such as training providers and medical screening facilities.
8. Compile reports and submissions in accordance with established formats and SOP.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly address queries from service partners.
10. Engage in departmental initiatives, ad-hoc projects, and tasks assigned by supervisors.
