Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including pre-hire processes, onboarding, off-boarding, and training records administration.
• Expertly handle end-to-end work pass-related issues including applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, and visa applications.
• Processing and timely submission of Form IR21, IR8A, NS make-up claims, and all government-paid leave claims.
• Manage monthly payroll administration and preparation.
• Administer employee benefits such as leaves, medical insurance, etc.
• Ensure effective orientation for newly hired employees, introducing them to the company culture and expectations.
• Maintain complete, up-to-date, accurate, and accessible records for all employees.
• Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle and support management with ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar HR role.
• Proven track record in handling complex HR and administrative tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Familiarity with compensation & benefit systems.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage change effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in IT and report-writing.

Account Executive

• Do full sets of Accounts & GST submission, and handle administrative task;
• Prepare monthly reports and financial statements;
• Liaise with company secretary, banker, auditor, tax agency and relevant authorities for company related matters;
• Ensure all expenses are entered in accounting system using Microsoft Excel and XERO;
• Prepare quotations for construction contracts

HR and Admin

• Handle all work pass applications, issuance, appeal, renewal, and cancellation;
• Manage payroll and CPF, taxation for employees;
• Prepare letters of employment, confirmation, other HR-related documents etc;
• To do any other ad-hoc assignment given by Management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Able to work independently

• Planning and designing employees benefit packages.
• Executing the employee's annual review procedures.
• Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
• Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
• Analyzing and monitoring all the department's budgets.
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
• Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
• Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
• Overseeing the employee's termination process.
• Counseling employees as and when required.
• Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
• Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
• Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
• Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
• Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage timesheets and attendance for operational employees
• Provide assistance with Singpass and Infotech login issues
• Maintain employee Personal Files (PFile), including filing and archiving HR documents
• Support the planning and execution of company events
• Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for employees
• Organize and distribute monthly birthday cards and purchase birthday cakes
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management, Office Administration, or a related field
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in HR administration (entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with MOM rules and regulations is a plus

Job Description

• Responsible for HR and admin functions including recruitment, performance appraisal, employee benefits & claims, leave management, training, payroll and office administration
• Maintain and update employee records with attention to detail and discretion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with PDPA.
• Support HR onboarding processes, including offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation.
• Liaise with government bodies for statutory submissions and compliance.
• Other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualification:

• Nitec/Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration/Management or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and discreetly managing sensitive information.
• Independent team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
