We are seeking a HR & Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting both the HR and Finance departments in various administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to gain experience in both HR and Finance functions.

Responsibilities

Expense Reimbursements:

• Manage and process employee expense reimbursements in a timely manner.
• Ensure expense reimbursements are accurately consolidated and included in payroll.
• Ensure reimbursements are reflected in month-end financial reports and statements.

Financial Reporting:

• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support financial planning and analysis activities.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Process invoices and manage accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing clients and following up on outstanding payments.

Office Administration:

• Address and resolve office administrative issues promptly and efficiently.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.

• Proven experience in HR and finance administration, ideally within a startup environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with payroll processing and financial reporting software.
• Project management experience is advantageous.
• Reliable, independent, and proactive problem-solver.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Partner with Senior Leaders in Onshore Citigold & Citi Private Client and International Personal Banking businesses in recommending, developing, and/or executing Human Capital strategies that enable them to achieve their strategic priorities and meet their goals and objectives
• Partner with business leaders and HR Specialist areas (e.g. Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Talent, etc.,) to design, plan, and implement broad HR programs, policies, and procedures in a way that is aligned with Citi’s global HR Operating Model and prioritizes the employee experience
• Coach senior leaders on how to improve their individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiate performance, embrace diversity, and build a collaborative and high functioning team
• Partner with the business to strengthen the culture in Onshore Citigold & Citi Private Client and International Personal Banking by designing and implementing initiatives that enable high employee engagement and satisfaction levels
• Assess current organizational talent and ensure employee performance is differentiated and appropriately recognized
• Align people resources with appropriate business strategy
• Proactively assess, identify, and diagnose business problems and opportunities
• Create, implement, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives that promote organizational/leadership capability
• Develop new approaches, policies, and procedures to encourage continual improvements in business and HR efficiency/effectiveness, and lead change management initiatives
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 10+ years of relevant Human Resources experience in the global banking and wealth industry
• Strong track record in effectively supporting a high growth business
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and deliver in a fast-paced matrixed organised environment
• Ability to influence at Executive Leadership level
• Experience in training
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
