Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated HR & Finance Assistant Manager to support the financial, HR, and administrative functions of our growing organization. This position plays a key role in streamlining processes, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the smooth operation of financial and HR activities within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and human resources, with the ability to manage day-to-day operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and analyses for all divisions within the company.
- Ensure strict compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
Human Resources:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
Administrative Support:
- Assist the Sales team in preparing detailed sales and service quotations for clients.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including scheduling collections and deliveries, to meet customer requirements and ensure timely service.
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales support by working closely with the Sales, Service, and overseas teams to address customer needs and inquiries.
- Process sales orders efficiently to ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Perform general administrative duties as required, including filing, documentation, and reporting.
- Assist with ad-hoc office tasks to support the overall operations of the business.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and finance roles, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in HR and finance software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the renewable energy or EV charging industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
