• Undertaking recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.

The Analyst, Talent Acquisition will successfully collaborate with hiring team(s) and will play an essential role in driving overall company growth. As a part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you are on the front line of attracting industry talent that will impact the greater global organization. This role will perform full life-cycle recruiting, while being a strategic partner in support of Visa’s business functions.
 

Candidates should be a seasoned recruiting professional capable of leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for intern and New College Graduate roles for a wide range of Visa business units and locations. • Host successful strategy meetings with hiring team(s).

• Partners successfully with cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to our Coordinating, Onboarding, DE&I, and Compensation teams.
