How will you value-add?

• To assist in the scheduling of auditors for various audit jobs/ projects which involve liaising with managers and staff of all levels
• To ensure staff utilisation (useful and billable) for both peak and off-peak periods
• To assess the reasonableness of staff booking requests forms based on the guidelines
• To ensure effective deployment of resources and preparing resource reports
• To work with auditors to plan their leave utilisation
• To conducting new joiner orientation and other related administrative matters

About you

• 1 year of relevant administration work experience
• High motivated and resourceful
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, confidence and maturity to liaise with all levels of staff
• Able to work effectively in an environment with multiple stakeholders and influencers
• Good excel skills

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Review rostering of staff for passenger services team
• Forward planning of staff attendance
• Daily adjustment of staff reporting time
• Prepare manpower statistics/ summary for reporting
• Time and attendance recording for payroll team’s action (including but not limited to preparing OT data and inputting into TAMS system)
• Take part in the project to digitalise manpower planning system
• Overall in charge of adhoc meet and assist requests (including but not limited to VIP escort, handling of Passenger with reduced mobility, etc)
• Liaise with duty managers and various airport operation entities (including but not limited to CAG, ICA, Certis Cisco, Airlines operations control, etc) for operational needs
• Be trained in basic operational knowledge (including but not limited to gate handling, escorting passengers, etc) and assist ground operations where required
• Any other tasks as assigned

We are looking for experienced recruiters in the specific domains to manage the full recruitment life cycle in partnership with key organisational stakeholders. The recruiter is expected to understand market trends, engage talents on organisational opportunities, driving onboarding efforts for hired candidates, and enhance candidate experience. Key responsibility areas include:

• Advise Government Agency’s Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies to attract talents, and be recognised as a subject matter expert for recruitment matters.
• Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle. This includes engaging key organisational stakeholders to gather candidate requirements, sourcing, interviewing/assessing candidates together with stakeholders, and managing offers including compensation discussions for selected candidates.
• Build relationships and engage talent in the market. Identify passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach.
• Design and provide excellent end-to-end candidate experience.
• Understand and lead adoption of suitable recruitment, data analytics and social media tools, for effective candidate sourcing, assessment and engagement.
• Proactively and continually improve recruitment processes and systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, as well as optimum candidates/department experience.
• Draft hiring notes to approve the hiring of candidates into the organisation.

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience in technology sector;

Reponsibilities

Strengthening Staff Health and Well-being Framework:

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and committees to enhance staff health and well-being programs, fostering a resilient workforce.

Training Program Development:

• Plan and develop training programs and materials to increase staff mental health literacy and awareness.

Pulse Surveys and Intervention:

• Conduct half-yearly pulse surveys to assess staff well-being, burnout, and resilience.
• Share survey findings and collaborate on interventions based on outcomes.

Monitoring Well-being Initiatives:

• Assist in monitoring and evaluating measurable outcomes of hospital employee well-being plans and initiatives.

Emotional Support and Referral:

• Provide support, interventions, and debriefing for individuals or groups facing emotional concerns.
• Arrange referrals to community resources or clinical interventions as needed.

Welfare Officers Program Management:

• Manage the Welfare Officers (WOs) program, including recruitment, orientation, training, engagement, and support initiatives.

Organizational Activities Coordination:

• Assist in planning and organizing hospital-wide health, sports, and social recreational activities or events.

Digitalization Support:

• Support the department’s efforts to digitalize well-being initiatives and improve staff connectivity to these programs.

Cluster-level Collaboration:

• Collaborate with NHG to plan and promote cluster-level well-being activities to foster staff interaction and bonding among NHG institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Health Management & Promotion, or related discipline.
• Experience in Event Management
